Functional training is a type of exercise that trains your body for the activities performed in daily life. When applied properly, functional training can make everyday activities easier, reduce your risk of injury and improve your quality of life. Reach your health and wellness goals and improve YOUR quality of life at Studio 360.

If weight loss is your goal, you can expect to see an estimated loss of 3 to 5 pounds per week by attending three to five sessions per week and refining your nutritional intake. If performance is your goal, you can expect to see an increase in power, speed and strength after your first two weeks of attending two to four sessions per week.

We focus on form in all we do and are able to safely and effectively shed fat, strengthen and tone muscle, correct imbalances, relieve pain, help individuals reach their personal goals, and unite people from all backgrounds and of all ages.

Movestrong functional training novaxl

MoveStrong FUNctional training NovaXL apparatus is a big playground for the kid in all of us, with some serious strength and agility training potential. Mostly using your own body weight, you can work through a variety of movements that will push your strength gains to a new level. 

Total Gym - Gravity 

Total Gym Gravity machines and inverted rowing machines allow you to move in every direction possible, working the larger and smaller supporting muscles. Again, working with percentages of your own body weight, they can accommodate any level of clients. Rather than building bulky imbalanced muscles, you can expect to see sleek, elongated and balanced muscles, all while reducing wear and tear on your precious joints, preserving them for years of enjoyable exercise to come. Kendall is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, with over 25 years in the fitness industry. His reputation and coaching experience has been primarily developed around four segments of the population – athletes (including professional), weight loss/control, rehabilitation and baby boomers. He holds additional certifications in Massage Therapy, BOSU Fitness Instructor, Total Gym Personal Trainer, and Kickboxing Fitness Instructor. He has been recognized as an outstanding trainer, as well as humanitarian for his expertise and genuine care for people.
